• Plan and manage distributor set up through ASMs within a demarked region considering geographical, economic, social, and business aspects.
• Plan the geographical demonstrations effectively and guide team members to bring maximum results.
• Manage, coach and lead a group of ASMs and STM/TM to bring maximum business results from the demarcated region.
• Plan and follow proper channel setup for maximizing Akash business.
• Plan, monitor, follow up and achieve quarterly, monthly, half-yearly and yearly primary, secondary and tertiary sales objectives through the regional sales team.
• Plan and monitor strategically and geographically retail selection and set up.
• Do continuous on the job coaching to sales team to build up their capacity and competencies.
• Monitor and follow up distributors activities and take necessary initiative whenever required.
• Get market insights in different ways and send the market report about competitor activities to management time to time.
• Arrange and plan different training activities to upgrade sales force knowledge and skills to perform in a better way.
• Arrange and plan different meetings with regional sales team as and when required.
• Analyze distributor ROI continuously and help them make a better business which will ensure better ROI.
• Prepare different sales reports and communicate them with different management layers and cross-functional teams as required.
• Approve the PJP of sales team in light with business context and route importance plus maximization.
• Plan and execute different administrative activities of regional sales team and communicate HO accordingly whenever required.
• Plan and do monthly review of sales team and distributor.
