Description
- Responsible for scheduled maintenance of all machines and equipment of the Department.
- To ensure preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment before any breakdown occurs.
- Prepare SOP for maintenance of plant & machinery installation of the factory.
- Monitor & supervise all the machine maintenance & Installation issue. Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance. Including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance.
- To supervise all maintenance staff to ensure that they carry out their duties effectively.
- Regularly review all working practices, procedures & equipment to ensure that they are most efficient & effective.
- To maintain audit related documents like ACCORD, Alliance and others for electrical safety & fire safety related issues.
- All records have to be documented and maintained.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma or B. Sc. in EEE from any reputed Institute or University.
Experience Requirements
- At least 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Engineering, Garments manufacturing unit - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 40 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Working Experience in PLC, Inverter & Electromechanically controls machinery.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Rope Denim (Rope Dyeing, Ball Warping, LCB , Sizing , Mercerizing , De-Sizing , Stenter ,Singeing ,Finishing,
- Reconning, Inspection/Packing, Slasher Dyeing , Direct Warping, loom) machine Installation,Erection, operation and Maintenance.
- Able to work under pressure and for long time.
- The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
- In-depth knowledge on overall Maintenance related issues of Department.
- Candidate should be dynamic, hard-working, innovative & self-motivated.
- Effective communication skills.
