Senior Officer, Channel Management
Description
- Process finalization for commission calculation & disbursement
- Ensure accuracy in commission calculation and payment
- Ensure timely commission payout to all channels
- Support pricing team with commission analysis to develop new models
- Suggest and implement changes in commission structure/modality of existing channel
- Coordination with cross functional team to implement any change or to establish efficiency in process
- Commission Dispute Handling
- Review existing processes & accommodate changes if required
- Reporting and Analysis to ensure full visibility to the management as well as other stakeholders
- Channel partner’s ROI analysis.
- Regular Operational Reporting to Channels and partners
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Data Analysis, Sales Operations, Sales Reporting - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Investment/Merchant Banking, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Telecommunication
