Description
- Providing comprehensive support for Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP), customization, and development on SAAS, PAAS, and IAAS domains.
- Configuring and providing navigational support for Oracle ERP & UI customization.
- Supporting customized and standard integrations with Oracle Applications.
- Fixing bugs in existing Oracle Apps & developing customized reports.
- Performing bulk data loading and providing related support activities in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to resolve bug issues, implement quarterly updates, and manage operational activities based on requirements.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end support activities.
- Implementing and managing user and organizational data security based on profiles.
- Guiding and managing teams on ERP operational support.
- Onboarding ACS (Support Vendor) personnel, monitoring SLA follow-up, and tracking issues.
- Optimizing CSU and Human Capital Management processes.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, CSCE, IT, IIT
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 12 year(s)
