Description
- Manage daily operational issues of mid-size MFIs.
- Drive compliance of acquisition agents.
- Drive annual collection and disbursement targets engaging different internal and external stakeholders.
- Follow up and monitoring daily, monthly performance of MFI Channels and clients.
- Run different customer and channel campaigns to reach the annual performance.
- Supervise, monitor and manage acquisition and collection target through motivating operations branch, regional and HO team as per compliance &operation Guidelines.
- Organize compliance & required training for different level of concerned organization staffs.
- Understand and capture requirement of customers and clients to design customer centric solution to reach at channel objective.
- Engage micro level and detail operational level activities in collaboration with MFIs Staffs.
- Organize different supports from different internal departments for timely execution of different customer and channel campaigns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly preference reports.
- Capture the learning to ensure proper implementation of expansion plan.
- Forecast channel performance and design improvement solutions engaging relevant resources.
- Conduct routine field visit to capture and monitor the right execution of planned
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Additional Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in MFI or/and DFS fields is a must.
- Knowledge on mobile financial services, MFI operations and compliance will be an edge.
- Dedicated, proactive, self-motivated, Can-Do-Attitude and team player.
- Skill at managing the limited resources in tight time scale.
- Capacity to make the aspirational communication to motivate the Staffs of MFIs.
