Description
- Communicate customer feedback regarding product & service to sales manager.
- Handle queries of the customer on product.
- Conduct awareness session for customers on steel products before & after sale as required.
- Establish contact with customer & handle product related issues in case of a grievance as required.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
- B.Sc in Civil Engineering [Structural] from any recognized University.
- Candidate having a MBA degree will be treated as added advantage.
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Age 26 to 28 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Interested to travel all around Bangladesh.
- Minimum 02 years working experience in steel structure design will be considered an additional advantage.
- Should have sound knowledge in construction material of Rebar, Angles & Channels.
- The candidate should be willing to build up a career in the technical marketing of construction materials.
- Candidates should be mentally prepared to attend the interview at Chittagong.
