Instructions to the Candidates:

1. This admits card will be applicable for the written exam and Viva-Voce.

2. Candidates must bring the ‘Admit Card’ and show it to the invigilator(s) on duty.

3. Candidates must sit in the exam hall at least 30 minutes prior to the written exam.

4. Candidate must bring a copy of Covid-19 VACCINATION CERTIFICATE and show it at the entrance of the exam center

5. Candidates must report at least 30 minutes before scheduled time for Viva-Voce.

6. Candidates are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from bringing the book, bag, calculator, mobile phone, digital watch, or any other electronic device in the exam hall.

7. Candidates must use Black Ink Ballpoint Pen. Use of pencil is PROHIBITED.

8. Candidates must use the same signature for application, attendance sheet, and answer script.

9. In addition to his/her educational qualification and experience, a candidate must submit original copies of all necessary documents before Viva Board.

10. Date, time, and place of viva-voce will be informed through SMS. You may also know the information from the website of Bangladesh Wheat and Maize

11. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the exams.

12. Candidates must wear a MASK during the recruitment tests. No one will be allowed to enter the exam hall without wearing MASK.

13. Authority reserves all right to take any kind of punitive measures against any candidate who adopts unfair means or misbehaves in the exam hall.
