Description
- Conduct building cost estimates for infrastructure projects such as bridges, railways, roads, tunnels, etc.
- Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
- Using a range of computer software for developing detailed designs
- Undertaking complex calculations
- Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
- Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures
- Resolving design and development problems
- Managing budgets and project resources
- Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
- Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety
- Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc), Masters in Engineering (MEngg)
- Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,University of Dhaka,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Army University of Engineering and Technology (BAUET), Qadirabad students will get preference
Employment Status:
- Age at least 35 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Experience in cost estimation required.
