Description
- Experienced Head of Accounts & Finance for the planning, implementing, managing and running of all the Accounts & finance activities of the Group. The goal is to protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.
- Analyze and make recommendations on organization internal reporting in order to best respond to the needs of key Management.
- To review the institution’s financial conditions, financial position and recommend viable alternatives for establish credibility of accounts and finance department by providing timely and accurate accounting and financial service to the entire company.
- Manage timely completion of month-end financial close.
- Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements based on applicable laws, regulations and accounting standards as per group reporting calendar Train.
- Ensure that all books of accounts (Cash Book, ledger, journal etc.) are maintained at full up-to-date condition all times.
- All Bank Related Works (Loan Renewal, Loan Proposal, Liaison with Banks etc.)
- Develop the finance team to be able to apply and execute financial policy and accounting procedure manual.
- Independently lead and manage the Accounts Department to ensure daily accounting work in an efficient manner.
- VAT & Tax management – Corporate Tax, Employee Tax and VAT.
- Ensure cash flow is at the optimum level for the organization’s operations
- Lead and direct budgeting process.
- Develop management reporting/ analytical tools/ key indicators for accounts and finance section.
- Supervising Day to Day activities of the financial function of the company.
- Monitor and Control Sales, Purchase and other major financial transaction.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters/MBA in Accounting/Finance
- Professional qualification CA (CC/Level-2 Complete).
Experience Requirements
- 8 to 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Audit, Cash Management, Commercial/Export-Import, Finance, Internal Audit, Strategic Planning, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax).
- Familiar with latest VAT related ordinances, rules, regulation and practices.
- Good Knowledge of MS office & Tally ERP9.
- Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Bengali.
