Description

Erection supervision during erection period (VRM, HGG, Feed Building & Cement Silo).
Erection piping arrangement as per drawing for Hydraulic pump, Gear Lubrication, Water injection, Compressed Air piping, Grinding Aid etc.
Vertical rolling mill installation & erection as per design, Commissioning standard.
Develop new and cost effective ways to improve quality and productivity. This could include developing new ways of manufacturing, improving existing manufacturing processes, providing additional training or adopting better manufacturing processes.
Closely work with maintenance and distribution.
Ensure process safety management and mechanical integrity.
Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime for production identify bottleneck in production process.
Develop clear accountability for raw material spend combined with a strategy to manage expenditure.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
Skills Required: Computer skill

Experience Requirements

6 to 9 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Report generation, Team management, Knowledge in erection drawing, Schedule & Breakdown maintenance, Erection work supervision.
