Description
- Help formation of Owner’s/Buyer’s Association.
- Verify payment against utility bill.
- Prepare service team for handling over project and monitor their activities and other HR issues
- Discontinue unnecessary utilities collections for new projects.
- Fixing Service Charge and Taking approval from Management (Server entry).
- Notify clients in advance about the Service Charge.
- Collection of Service Charge in a professional manner.
- Collect utility Bills from different organizations maintaining proper co-ordination.
- Prepare budget for payment of utility dues, obtain approval and ensure payment in time.
- Resolve pending utilities and tax issues with Land Owner if any, in line with arrangement made earlier by the Land Procurement Unit.
- Implement penalty clause in case of default in line with agreement including disconnection of utility service.
- Ensure payment of all outstanding utility Bills until the project is handed over to Construction Division.
- Arrange City Corporation taxes withhold arrangement during the period of Construction
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- BBA (Major in Accounts / Finance) from any Reputed University.
- Skills Required: Accounting,Administrative/ Executive
Employment Status: Full-time

- Age 27 to 40 years

- Excellent coordination and presentation skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali
