Description
- Organize and conduct the audit in coordination with the buyers’ representative as well as the factory management
- Confirm the compliance and buyer audit issues to ensure the satisfaction of potential buyers.
- Look after the complicated labor issues in line with Labour Law 2006 amendment 2018 & Labour Rules 2015 and other govt. regulation as well.
- Implement Code of Conduct Provided by the different renowned buyers.
- Assess compliance with all regulations governing hazardous waste transportation, storage and disposal.
- Rigid development of system for implementation of the various Factory Acts and compliance stipulations in all working environments within the factory in accordance with customers’ standards/code of conduct.
- Preparing and updating all relevant Registers as required by local law and customers’ code of conduct.
- Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene and environment
- To scrutinize the different registers that are maintained in the factory, are as per Buyers COC as well as Labor Laws.
- Regularly update stakeholders on changing regulations and compliance
- Preparation of factory in accordance with social compliance standards, Sedex, BSCI,WRAP ,ISO-9001:2015, ISO-14001:2015 & OHSAS-18001:2007 and as per buyer/customer standards and requirements.
- Capable to handle H&M, C&A, Carry four, MGB, Li & Fung, Gemo, Mango, Tom Tailor,Terenova, NEXT, Mother care etc.
- Sound Knowledge on Higg Index.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Training/Trade Course: Diploma In Compliance.
- Skills Required: Compensation & Benefits, Compliance
