Description
- Develop effective strategies to manage customer relationships, anticipate customer needs and provide a superior quality service.
- Provide good customer service while ensuring the Bank’s interest ¡s protected.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the customer’s business through regular customer visits and industry research.
- Maintain existing and develop new long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers to ensure the timely receipt of financial statements, loan payments and all documentary requirements of the Bank
Educational Qualification: Honors/ Masters
