Description
- Assist in daily operation of HR department
- Provide applicant preliminary screening and prioritize candidates
- Facilitate accurate and timely communication with applicants
- Schedule and confirm interviews and confirm all relevant details
- Contribute to the development/maintenance of HR information systems
- Assist in maintaining HR records (electronic and otherwise)
- Helping with the development of training plans and materials to answer the development needs of various teams
Educational Qualification: Last semester BBA/MBA student (major in HRM) from reputed university.
Additional Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Good judgment regarding confidentiality and respect for sensitive materials
- Ability to understand and use Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of the HR cycle
