Description

For Export:
Export LC/Contract terms & conditions checking/scrutinizing and ensuring LC complied documents preparation.
Applicant will be fully responsible for Export booking/Online booking with different buyer’s portal.
He will solely responsible to communicate & obtain export budget from concern merchandiser.
Preparation of all type foreign export customs & bank documents against LC/Contract/T.T including sample export documents.
Applicant must have sound knowledge about Garment items name, H. S. Code & Category.
Applicant will be fully responsible up to payment in time of each & every Invoice.
Applicant must have the capability to communicate with Buyer, Bank, Forwarder/Shipping Line, C&F & Transport independently as well as highly experienced in mail communication
Applicant should have to preparing L/C Closing statement for report to management.
For Import:
Export LC / Sales Contract terms & conditions checking/scrutinizing and ensuring LC complied documents preparation.
Preparation of all type foreign Import customs documents, EPZ Customs, FTT, FDD customs documents.
Preparation of all type Free of Cost Import customs documents.
Applicant must have sound knowledge about H. S. Codes.
Applicant will be fully responsible up to import goods in-house in time of each & every consignments.
Applicant must have the capability to communicate with Buyer, Bank, Forwarder/Shipping Line, C&F & Transport independently as well as highly experienced in mail communication
Applicant will have to prepare import consignments statement for report to management.
Able to handle Port and Customs operation.
Import shipping documents endorsement from Bank.
Should have educated knowledge about Customs duty, Tax, Tariff etc.
Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.

Educational Qualification: Masters degree in any discipline

Job Nature: Full-time

At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Only males are allowed to apply
The applicants should have experience in business area(s) of Woven/Knit Garments.
Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills, both written and oral English
Should be a good team player
Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time
Good motivational skills
