Description
- Provide Secretarial support to the respective MD.
- Coordinate with management team & other departments as per requirement.
- E-mail correspondence on behalf of respective MD.
- Responsible for business email.
- Accumulating various reports on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Initiating & follow-up actions on pending important issues.
- Co-operate MD to Communicate with various higher official persons in the country & abroad.
- Prepare Meeting Minutes.
- Responsible for any other task by management.
Educational Qualification: MBA / Masters Degree from any prominent University.
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Age 32 to 35 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Excellent communication & computer skill.
- Must have fluency in English & able to communicate with buyers.
- The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
