Requirements
Education
- BBA/MBA from any reputed University.
Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 25 years
- Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
- Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have market knowledge related to garments accessories.
- Must have at least 1 year working experience in customer service department with large garments accessories industry
Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain EWO acknowledgement with detail verification with PO and ERP details.
- Make sure that customers receive PI from commercial.
- Follow up daily order status with production and planning.
- Update customer about delivery receiving time.
- Update and escalate OTD and OTIF issues.
- Visit customer if required.
- Keep the customer happy and maintain the relationship.
- Update daily customer on delivery fulfillment, delays and any other impact on time.
- Make sure that customers get the correct documents at correct time.
