Description
- Prepare operational annual production plan of washing plant & follow up quality production as per plan;
- Ensure operation of the washing plant as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and on time resolution of technical issues;
- Ensure safety of the plant, maintain healthy work environment and co-ordination among all related Departments of the group to achieve company’s goal.
- Assure policy conformance and enforce plant rules and regulation
- Initiate in cost saving of production specially the Chemicals Cost
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Textile Engineering will be given preference
Employment Status:
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Working experience in a large knit washing plant with branded buyer like C&A, H&M, M&S, G-Star, CELIO, Verner, S-Oliver, etc.;
- Should be excellent team leader with smart personality;
- Must have Good English Communication skill and Presentation skill;
- Energetic, confident, enthusiastic and proactive.
- Team Building capability
- The applicant must have at least 2 years experience in the same position in a large washing factory.
Experience:
- 5 to 7 year(s)
