Description

• All Land and real estate management.
• To perform plan, design/drawing and structures of the project.
• To maintain and updated all company license like trade license, factory license, environment license, fire license etc.

• To analyze survey reports, maps and drawings of projects.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure to design and safety standards.
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
• To Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities
• Working with respect to land documentation and providing opinions.
• Coordinating the purchase and sale of land.
• Keeping all land-related documents up-to-date.
• Drafting of letter and documents, when required.
• Perform any other work as per assigned by the top management from time to time.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering or computer science

Employment Status: Full-time

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 35 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Ability to land and property Management.
• Outstanding communication and Negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership ability
• Outstanding knowledge on Drafting and Reporting.
• Knowledge on Auto CAD would be must.
• Computer literacy is must, good knowledge in MS office & Internet browsing.
• Bengali (Bijoy) and English typing skill
