Description
- To ensure verification and entry of all sorts of requisition, delivery challan, bill, voucher etc. are being checked and verified in the prescribed manner.
- To enter all daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisition and daily transaction in the books and in the company database.
- Prepare monthly trial balance and cash flow statement.
- Prepare annual trial balance, profit and loss statement and balance sheet.
- Contact with sales manager and other sales person to recovery due credit on time as per policy.
- Monitor credit limit for each customers and report to management on a regular basis.
- Monitor monthly credit collection and contact with customers for collecting credit.
- Prepare monthly credit analysis report for all the customers.
- Report to the head office twice every week with all the necessary details.
- Any other task appointed by Management
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Skills Required: Accounts,Accounting
Employment Status:
- Age 20 to 35 years
