Description

• Recruitment and retain security personnel of the assigned zone.
• Increase of personnel (existing contract): Work for increase as per target of the Branch Manager.
• Monitor Incidents and major client complaints and control threats/ hazards.
• Training: Visit, organize and supervise on the job training in all post at least once in a month.
• Frequency of posts and Barrack (Guard Accommodation) visits should be once in a month.
• Meeting clients and work for taking actions and continuous improvement.
• Establish, implement and review health and safety plan and programmes at regular intervals.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor degree from any reputed University having no 3rd class in educational background.

Employment Status: Full-time

Age: Age at most 35 years

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 35 years
• At least 3 years job experience in Customer/ Man management
• Skilled in Man Management
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Quick decision making ability
• Good team member
• Convincing capacity and leadership
• Should be fluent in English & Bangla.
• Willingness to ride Motor Cycle
• Must be computer literate

Job Location: Dhaka
