Requirements:

1. MBA/Bachelor degree in relevant fields (finance, Accounting or business studies) from the recognised university; preferably advanced degree or equivalent academic background.
2. At least 2 years’ professional experience in account, finance, financial audit or administrative, financial, supportive expertise in either the public or the private sector.

Major duties and responsibilities:

1. Support the managers and other officers to lead on operational, programmatic, and administrative management of the project.
2. Manage the salary payroll, remuneration, and per-diem.
3. Collect a quotation, build-up project budget.
4. Manage the financial documents and expenditure relating to the project budget.
5. Report the monthly/quarterly/yearly budget expenditure and financial audit from either internal or external auditors.
6. General account duties directed by the senior accountant and other senior levels of project staffs.
7. Other administrative and supportive responsibilities relating to the project.

Public Health Specialist

Requirements:

• Medical background with at least a bachelor’s degree in public health or masters of public health (MPH) from the recognised university or equivalent academic background. MBBS background will get preference.
• At least 2 years’ professional experience in OBGYN, MNCH/RCH (Reproductive Child Health), public health, community health, global health and international health expertise in either the public or the private sector, or equivalent job experience

Coordination and Collaboration:

• Working with close coordination with line departments namely UH&FWC, CCs and Upazila level UH&FPO and UFPO as well DFPO (District Family Planning Office)
• Communicate and coordinate with GNB CDPs & Head Office sector personals to ensure development of GN collaboration
• Understanding of govt. line facilities (UHC to MCH) and keeping good communication

M & E tasks:

• Maintain and helping to monitor and solve public health outbreaks with health resources
• Maintain evaluation and initiation for survey or research to eradicate health hazards that affect the community (maternal-child health care)
• Collecting, analyze, checking & submission of activities report according to project indicator

Attitudes, Skills and Abilities:

• Communication: Good ability to write in a clear and concise manner and to communicate effectively orally, good report writing skills in English. Official English Proficiency is must
• Technological skills: Must have excellent computer skills and knowledge such as MS-Office (WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT), internet browsing and other statistical tools etc
• Attitude: Having good knowledge about global development, global health and OBGYN. Having positive attitudes toward the implementation of global development and global health. Having the ability to understand and to analyse maternal-child health problems and corresponding solutions. Having the highly transparent attitude and multi-tasking capability

SDC Midwife

Educational & Experience Requirements:

• Diploma in Midwifery from Govt. or other recognized institution with a BNMC registration. FWV position experience will get preference.
• Have experience and capacity at least 2 years in conducting normal delivery service and have good knowledge of ANC & PNC service as per Govt. standard protocol.

24/7 Safe Delivery Centre Operation:

• Available for 24/7 hours in the SDC for quality normal delivery service
• Conduct ANC & PNC service to the mothers as per Govt. protocol
•  Manage obstetric emergencies and referral system in coordination with CHW and UH&FWC staffs
• Conduct normal deliveries including appropriate monitoring, intervention and maintain service protocol to avoid risk factors
• Ensure infection prevention and control (IPC) measures at SDC
• Maintain and manage SDC (registers & record keeping, equipment & inventory lists)
• Prepare narrative and statistical data reports (monthly, as when) based on SDC services
• Participation in CHW Supervisor & Govt. Health workers meeting
• Maintain rotation duty for 24/7 services in the SDC

Coordination and Collaboration:

• Working in close collaboration with UH&FWC govt. officials
•  Communicate and coordinate with GNB CDPs & Head Office sector personals to ensure development of GN collaboration
• Keep good communication with local hospitals for partnership cooperation and support
• Understanding of govt. line facilities (UHC to MCH) and keeping good communication

Attitudes, Skills and Abilities:

• Professional Cordial Behaviour: Ability to be very cordial to the pregnant mothers or patients to create motivational interest to come and habitual to SDC.
• Communication: Good ability to write in a clear and concise manner and to communicate effectively orally, good report writing skills in English.
• Attitude: Having the highly transparent and positive attitude towards providing service to the community pregnant mothers.

Benefits:

• Monthly salary will be BDT. 25,000-33000/-
• She will have 03 months’ probation period
• Performance based increment after probationary period
