Description
- Prepare event calendar in coordination with Brand & Sales team
- Organize engineers’ & masons’ seminars, events, activation etc across the country ensuring effective engagement with the target group
- Ensure all branding items are properly executed during event/ activation
- Coordinate with Sales team and other departments to process bills of each event and activation
- Personally, visit different locations to monitor POSM, shop sign, billboard, wall paint, transport branding & other outdoor advertisements
- Propose innovative POSM items, new billboard sites, wall paint & other outdoor advertisements to meet expected outcome from targeted business hubs across the country
- Maintain all documentation related to events & activation
- Collect local events information and sponsorship opportunities
- Facilitate rapport building between key engineers’ and GPH
- Share key market information and competitors’ outdoor activities to concern person (s) for necessary actions
- Any other tasks as and when required by the management

- Age 24 to 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- 2/3 years’ experience with specific focus in building material industry/ Advertising agency/ Event Activation etc.
- Must be able to travel extensively throughout the country
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Should be self-motivated, energetic and have ability to work under pressure
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Good negotiation and vendor management skill
- Very good event management skill
- Good computer skill; specially PPT and excel
- Clear understanding regarding branding
