Description
-Ensure high-quality patient care
-Work with a multidisciplinary team, including other doctors and clinical staff
-Conduct routine eye examinations and perform tests on patients as per the instructions of eye specialist
-Stay up to date with trends in the care, diagnosis and treatment of eye disorders
-Learn to perform eye exams including visual acuity tests, refraction tests, slit-lamp examinations, tonometry tests, and funduscopy examinations.
-Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and medications as needed.
-Advise patients on eye health, vision correction options, and lifestyle changes.
-Keep patient records up-to-date and review medical histories as per the system.
-Work collaboratively with other clinical staffs to ensure the best possible care for patients
