Description
- Perform all commercial activities, monitor & manage import/export related all works which includes, liaison with buyers/sellers, bank, insurance, shipping, courier, clearing agent, customs, customs bond commissioner ate, VAT related works.
- Import and Export related all works, Prepare Import/Export documents as per L/C terms & conditions and submit to bank and negotiate/Purchase them and follow-up till the repatriation of the document value.
- L/C opening with appropriate terms & conditions, its amendment, liaison with supplier & shipping company for shipment on time, checking of all import related documents, document retirement and liaison with clearing agent for smooth delivery of goods from custom & port authority.
- To ensure preparation of export/import relevant documents, Proforma Invoice, Bill of Exchange, Commercial Invoice, Packaging List, GSP, B/L etc. as and when required.
- Handling all kind of L/C related Documents, Banking and insurance function & sound knowledge about customs clearance documents and procedure.
- Strongly follow up with factory & shipping company / forwarder for sea, land & air shipment for on time delivery.
- To maintain good relationship with Bank, forwarder, customs, C&F, transport and factory concern.
- Liaison with Store team to maintain optimum stock level as per plan.
- Prepare the actual costing and submit the bills of clearing agent and courier against import & export works.
- Checking, Monitoring and supervising about the customs rules and VAT, duty, export, and import.
- Ability to improve international sourcing/ supply partnership and new possibilities.
Educational Qualification: Graduation/Master in any discipline from any reputed university.
