Description

Provide IT support to the end users for their desktop, laptop, wireless router, scanner, printer, photocopier, projector and all kind of IT related devices.
Diagnosis, troubleshoot, assemble desktop/laptop related problems, with windows installation and hardware accessories change if required.
Router, switch and access point administration and maintenance
Monitor network connectivity to ensure all of services are up and running.
Microsoft Share point authentication maintenance and data backup and restore
Attendance server monitoring and maintenance.
Maintaining IT equipment inventory.
Vendor Communication
Any other task assigned by the supervisor

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science

Experience Requirements

At least 2 year(s)
