মাঠ পর্যায়ে ট্রেনিং প্রদান ও ফিল্ড ভিজিট-এ আগ্রহী থাকা।
ট্রেনিং -এর জন্য বাজেট প্রস্তুত করা।
ত্রৈমাসিক ও বাৎসরিক ট্রেনিং রিপোর্ট প্রদান।
সুপারভাইজর ও ম্যানেজমেন্ট কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত অন্যান্য দায়িত্বসমূহ ।
সংস্থা্র ঋণ কাযক্রমের মাঠ পযায়ের সকল কমকর্তা ও উপকারভোগীদের বিভিন্ন বিষয়ের উপর প্রশিক্ষণের আয়োজন করা।
সংস্থার অন্যান্য প্রকেল্পের কর্মকর্তাদের প্রশিক্ষণ পরিচালনা ও প্রশিক্ষণ তত্ত্বাবধান করা।
