Description

• Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives.
• Analyze sales figures, customer’s reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
• Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
• Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
• Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc
• Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
• Liaison with relevant department to accomplish the work and company objective.
• Support relevant all the departments.
• Remain up to date with industry’s best practices.
• Any other task assigned by the Management.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Major in Fashion Designing or Apparel Merchandising or Textile Engineering.

Job Nature: Full-time

• Age 23 to 27 years
• Should be Good at math and statistics.
• Should be excellently proficient in Computer skill especially in MS Office.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Patient to complete the assigned task.

Job Location:Narayanganj

Salary Range:

Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
