Description

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Design exceptional menus, outlets’ sales plan & continuously make necessary improvements.
• Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
• Comply with all hygiene, health and safety regulations.
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
• Establish and maintaining HACCP (Hazard analysis and critical control points)
• Competitive analysis every six months by calling competition and gathering data such as banquet kits, room rental rates, etc.
• Telemarketing to previous clients to inquire about possible future bookings.
• Development and maintenance of all department control procedures.
• Handle all Food & Beverage inquiries and ensure timely follow up on the same business day.
• To co-ordinate with all large groups meeting/banquet planners their specific group requirements with the services & facilities offered. This includes proposals, contracts, estimated and actual function statements. With banquet or conferences, the Chef is to be included in food related discussions.
• To confirm all details relative to group functions with meeting/banquet planners.
• Supervision of daily paper flow including Proposals, and Function Contracts.
• Maintenance of Hotel credit policies.
• Directly responsible for large function billings and overseeing medium/small function billings with particular regard to accuracy and timeliness .

Educational Qualification: Culinary diploma or degree in Food service management, or related field

Employment Status: Full-time

Additional Requirements

• Age 40 to 55 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Minimum 10 years of food and beverage management experience in reputed star hotels in the country and in abroad.
• Must have clear Idea and experience in Local and contemporary market need and characteristics.
• Excellent record of kitchen management , Restaurant , Bar and banquet functions
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
• Adequate knowledge of English language
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
• Communication and leadership skills
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
• Guest oriented and service minded
• Other related & required tasks and assignment
• Culinary diploma or degree in Food service management, or related field

• At least 10 year(s)
