Description
- Develop relationships with potential export buyers to expand market reach and increase export sales.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with export buyers to understand their requirements, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth transactions.
- Execute commercial activities related to export transactions.
- Maintain the bond warehouse and oversee its operations to ensure compliance with customs regulations and storage requirements.
- Facilitate audits of the bond warehouse and ensure timely renewal of bond licenses to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Update documents related to Utilization Permission for the bond warehouse as required by regulatory authorities. · Maintain and update the bond register accurately.· Ensure the timely renewal and update of the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BPGMEA) certificate as required.
- Manage bank correspondence and handle Letter of Credit (L/C) related tasks to facilitate smooth financial transactions.
- Maintain coordination with relevant government bodies, such as customs authorities and export promotion agencies, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle tasks related to custom bonds and the Export Processing Zone (EPZ) division to facilitate import-export operations.
