Description
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
- Preparing financial statements
- Process invoices
- Process daily revenue
- Process advance, deposit and prepayments
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Update internal systems with financial data
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Prepare MIS report as per management requirement
- Reconcile bank statements
- Liaison with Bank and other financial institutions
- Participate in financial audits
- Track bank/Cash deposits and payments
- Assist with budget preparation
Educational Qualification: MBA degree in Finance/Accounting with professional qualification- CA (Knowledge/ Application level passed)
Job Nature: Full-time
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 4 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Experience using financial software (i.e., SAP, Tally etc.)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Sharp time management skills
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
- 3 to 4 years proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
