Description

Keeping and maintain store properly and oversee the tasks of Tally Clerk
Supervise the Tally Clerk and monitor his job as per his job descriptions
Maintain cash book, ledger, bank book, cheque register, staff salary register, master roll etc.
Prepare vouchers, checking bills and made payment on time
Bank transaction and bank reconciliation
Maintain different registers as required for project purpose
Maintain store and stock registers
Maintain Project Inventory and Handle petty cash
Deduction of VAT & Tax as per govt. rule
Conduct internal audits and assist external audits
Ensure financial compliance in line with donor agency and following organizations financial guidelines
Produce periodic financial statements and submit to proper authority
Maintain personal files of project staffs, different documents and agreements
Maintain leave register and Ensure logistic supplies on regular basis
Maintain movement of project vehicles and log book
Organize meetings, entertainment at project Office

Educational Qualification: Graduation in Minimum Trade.

Employment Status: Full-time

Age: Age at most 40 years

Job Location: Faridpur

Salary Range: Negotiable
