Description

Ensure meet the objectives and targets of the customer’s quality.
Setting quality standards of the factory following customer’s requirements and guidance for each department and process.
Working experience in handling pre-production meeting, line layout; In-line production quality control, final Inspection with all aspect of quality assurance.
Experience in washing process is a must.
Should have knowledge on computers to prepare inline & final inspection reports.
Analyze inspection reports to identify sources of quality problems and take necessary counter measures to improve future results.
Coordinate with factory production team, merchandising team & all relevant staffs.
Provide quality guideline & technical advises to production team
Conduct Pre Production (PP) Meeting, Inline Inspection, Pre Final & Final Random Inspection (FRI)
Monitor production closely and provide technical support when needed to ensure the final products are met with customer quality requirement
Prepare & maintain technical reports at every stage.
To establish and oversee all quality control procedures for the Denims Garments factory
To analysis the root cause of quality problem in production process.

Educational Qualification:

Masters degree in any discipline
Skills Required: Dyeing/ Washing, Incharge (Cutting/ Sewing/ Finishing/ Floor etc.)

Employment Status: Full-time

Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members
Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
Good knowledge & skills in computing
Strong technical knowledge in Quality system
Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
Good inter-personal & communication skills
Needs to have Strong knowledge/understanding of Quality
Denims Garments factory working experience is necessary.
