Brief Description of the Assignment

Payra Port Authority is intended to appoint a Consultant (Individual) National. The individual consultant will be recruited under the department of Harbour and Marine department, Payra Port Authority and the initial duration for this position is 06 (six) month.
The incumbent is to perform the consulting services on PDPP, DPP and Tender Such as: DDP Preparation, Tender Processing according to PPR 2008 and PPA 2006 including Tender Document Preparation, Tender Evaluation and other related works execution and implementation.

Qualification and Experience
|

The candidate for the position should have a minimum Bachelor Degree in Science, Business or any other related discipline. The applicant should have at least 05 (Five) years of relevant experience in the field of Development Project Proposal (DPP) and Public Procurement. The Professional qualification of PPR 2008 and PPA 2006 is highly required.
The Applicant should have special knowledge and understanding in Different part of Procurement Procedure and Development Project Proposal.

- The Consultant will be selected with the procedure set out in PPA 2006 and PPR 2008 and its updates;
- Applicant should obtain Terms of Reference from the website of PPA (www.ppa.gov.bd) and further information (if Required) from the office;
- PPA now invites eligible applicants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Applicants are requested to submit their interest through customized form available in PPA website accompanied by: (a) CV; (b) Two Passport Size Photograph; (c) Related Documents Supported to CV;
- Interested Applicants are requested to send their Expression of Interest for the position before 27/09/2020 at 12:30pm in Sealed envelop, clear marked “Request for Expression of Interest for Procurement Individual Consultant (National).
