Description
- Attend all kind of schedule and breakdown maintenance.
- Preparation of maintenance schedule & follow up the schedule for Furnace, APC, LRF, CCM and Crane.
- Ensure daily checklist of Furnace, APC, WTP, LRF, CCM and Crane.
- Monitors the operation and performance of the facility whilst on shift.
- Ensure best performance from the shift Electricians.
- Sound knowledge on DCS, SCADA, S7-200/300 PLC, Sinamics Drive and other process control device.
- Sound knowledge on Spare management of Electrical system.
- Working knowlwdge on 33KV, 11KV Switchgear system.
- Working knowlwdge on 33KV, 11KV power, distribution and Rectifier Transformer.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) & other safety equipment during work time.
- Any other job assigned by the higher authority for the benefit of the company
Educational Qualification: B.Sc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from any Public University
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Problem solving skills with ability to analyze and recommend solutions on problems.
- Understanding of surface operational strategies of electrical reliability.
- Participate in process improvement and development of new technologies.
- Ensure adequate technical expertise is allocated to support projects.
- Minimum 01-02 years Experience for Assistant Engineer & minimum 03 years experience for Engineer in related field.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Able to work in a team.
