Description

Booting operating system with different media.
To setup stand-alone domain controller & active directory, implement group policy.
Providing technical support (physically or remotely) on call basis and in schedule.
Configure and troubleshoot Outlook & Email.
Recommending and implementing time demanding technology.
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
Installing, configuring, monitoring and maintaining computer hardware, software, system, network, printer, scanner, etc.
Develop and manage Network and Server troubleshoot technical problems and documentation independently.
Ensure top-notch security for all the hardware and software system, manage network systems, and various network load balancing technologies.
Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
Network fault monitoring and escalation.
Configuring & monitoring of CCTV, IP Camera, access control, time attendance devices and software.
Good knowledge on windows server (2008,2012,2016,2019).
Good knowledge on retail Hardware handling (POS printer, Cash Drawer, Barcode) etc.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE

3 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Age 24 to 25 years
