Description
- Assist Fuel In-charge to ensure overall functions and activities of the fuel operation department.
- Ensure regular recording (with physical presence) of tank sounding, fuel temperature and calculate correct fuel quantity.
- Carry out all formalities with BPC, Padma-Meghna-Jamuna and Tank Terminal (SETT) regarding berthing, unloading from ship, survey and testing of received HFO during fuel import process.
- Assist in maintaining the continuous fuel transfer process by managing tank lorries.
- Take frequent round at loading and unloading point and ensure proper operation.
- Keep all fuel-related data recorded in files.
- Assist Fuel In-charge in preparing all fuel test reports, confirm quality and other required issues.
- Keep informed the management about the latest stock-position of HFO and diesel well ahead of the requirement in absence of Fuel In-charge.
- Asst. Fuel In-charge in selling the HFO sludge in due time.
- Carry out all other responsibilities related to fuel as and when required and guided by the management from time to time.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc in Petroleum and Mining Engineering/ Chemical Engineering from reputed university.
- Education requirement can be relaxed for skilled and experienced candidates.

- To be able to lead the team and handle all types of emergency situation as and when arise during the shift.
