Description
- Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications.
- Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
- Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers.
- Investigating and setting standards for quality/health and safety.
- Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level.
- Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures.
- Writing management/technical reports and customers’ charters.
- Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality.
- Directing objectives to maximize profitability.
- Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information.
- Monitoring performance.
- Supervising technical or laboratory staff.
- Developing objective metrics for measuring Quality assurance across all product categories and across all brand channels.
- Development of all overall and specific QA policies and standards for all product categories.
- Ensuring execution of all QA standards and practices.
- Tracking progress by Buyers and by Brands.
- Plans and manages quality department activities in accordance with agreed upon budgets, timelines and goals.
- Creates yearly T&A calendar for Quality in alignment with overall Product Development calendar.
- Develops and owns all communication strategies, both internally and externally.
- Inspection performance, Internal Audit performance/accountability.
- Capable to meet 5S System.
- Knowledge on Technical Audit Properly.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
