This integrated food & beverage operation generates yearly revenue of around Tk 30 crore and also, backward linked to our own agro production facilities. We believe there is excellent potential to increase this revenue many folds, and we are seeking a Senior Food & Beverage Manager to realize that potential.

Description
- Overall responsibility over top line and P/L of food & beverage operation.
- Value chain re-engineering to increase revenue and profitability.
- Enhance customer experience.
- Brand building of the food & beverage operation.
- Lead on a day to day basis, and develop/groom a large team of professionals.
- Inventory management from forecasting & ordering to stock-reconciliation.
- Reporting and keeping the Labaid Management abreast of every aspect of the Food & Beverage operation.
Requirements (Education / Experience / Others):
- Minimum Graduate from a reputed institute. [Graduates in Business / Food Engineering or allied subjects along with experience in hospitality/food industry will get preference.]
- Computer literacy is a must.
- 3-5 years’ experience as Food & Beverage Manager in a large organization, or mid-level experience in a renowned food shop chain will be preferred.
- Age: (max) 40 years.
Job location – Dhaka, Dhanmondi (with travel to all corners of Bangladesh)
Job nature – Full time
Salary – Negotiable
