Senior Commercial Analyst
Job Purpose:
The commercial representation of the Company’s operated joint ventures, leading the cross functional team in regards to the design, development, negotiation, interpretation, and delivery of executed commercial agreements or resolutions for an assigned issue required to enable project developments to proceed and base operations to continue.
Required Qualification Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent. • Minimum 10 years of experience in the commercial field of oil and gas industry. • Minimum 5 years of experience in negotiating and constructing commercial agreements related to the development and operation of large-scale oil and gas projects. • Well-developed understanding of joint venture operations and related commercial governance for an international oil and gas development and LNG value chain.
Senior Logistics Officer
Job Purpose:
Plan, control and coordinate all activities related to helicopter, supply, and safety standby vessels for marine traffic between land base, NFB and remote platforms.
Required Qualification Experience
• Technical Diploma or HND in engineering or similar. • International maritime organization IMO certificate for transportation and handling of dangerous/hazardous goods by sea preferred. • International air transport association IATA certificate for transportation & handling of dangerous /hazardous goods by air preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years ‘ experience in offshore logistics ( Marine and Helicopter). • Varied experience in handling materials, hazardous chemicals, equipment and logistics activities in supporting offshore operations.
Onshore Logistics Coordinator
Job Purpose:
Coordinate and plan all marine, aviation and chemical logistics to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Required Qualification Experience
• Higher National Diploma (HND) in Operations, Maintenance or similar. • International maritime organization IMO certificate for transportation and handling of dangerous/hazardous goods by sea preferred. • International air transport association IATA certificate for transportation & handling of dangerous /hazardous goods by air preferred.
• 8 years’ experience in Offshore Logistics (Marine or Helicopter or Chemical). • Varied experience in handling materials, hazardous chemicals, equipment and logistic activities in supporting offshore Oil & Gas operations. • Good adaptability to multinational environment, with wide exposure to various cultures and customs. • Computer literacy. • Proficient in written and spoken English.
