• Identify the target market, sales channel and execution of dispatch orders.
• Keep close contact with the customers and visit the market continuously to achieve sales target.
• Conduct Market Survey on competitor’s activities, prices, programs and report to the management regularly.
• Immediate respond to any Sales queries and follow up accordingly.
• Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied Clients into satisfied Clients.
• Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
• Communicate well on all aspects of weekly operations by leading weekly team management meetings.
• Assist in developing, planning, and executing promotional activities and campaigns.
