Description

• Conduct workers orientation training.
• Look after occupational health and safety issues for the assigned area.
• Handling employee grievance and counseling.
• Carrying out floor visit (daily) to check housekeeping and compliance issues.
• Handling grievances at the initial stage.
• Listening to workers and counseling them as well.
• Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance.
• Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company.
• Checking complaint/suggestion boxes to share the notes, if any, with the concerned management.
• Ensuring proper communication between workers and management.
• Maintaining registers (Maternity Leave, Grievance handling, Orientation, Awareness programs, etc.).
• Organizing meetings of PC, Safety Committee, EHS and OHS committees.
• Ensuring Maternity benefits as per Labor Law.
• Handling maternity workers health and benefit issues.
• Ensuring different documentations related to Compliance and welfare.
• Ensure the Welfare Policy to the Workers.
• Supervising welfare facilities of the Factory.
• To ensure health, hygiene & safety issues.
• Keeping perfect Official record on Welfare Management.
• Ensuring proper both way flow of communication between Workers and Management.
• To execute Orientation, Training and awareness program for the Workers.
• Ensure relationship between Company owner and Worker’s legal issues.
• Any other duties assigned by the management

Educational Qualification:

• Masters degree in any discipline
• Masters or equivalent from a reputed university.
• Skills Required: Compliance

Employment Status: Full-time

Additional Requirements

• Age 22 to 35 years
• Only females are allowed to apply
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law;
• Good in MS Office Package;
• Experience of serving in the RMG sector in the similar track
