Description

• Ensuring daily performance of each account holder individually through cut to ship for Merchandiser & Sr. Merchandiser.
• Must be experienced as Asst. Merchandiser in any reputed company.
• Responsible for processing orders independently from development till shipment, follow up the planning/production/commercial team to ensure shipment moves on time.
• Cost calculation & price negotiation with buyer. Follow up with buyer for the feedback of the price, sample & capacity/space booking.
• Ensure quality execution of orders up to shipment the goods maintaining OTS .
• Prepare all kind of production samples such as pp sample, size set sample, shipment sample before dead line of buyer requirement and Maintain Fabric, Accessories booking and in-house on time.
• Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
• Advice factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc. related technical issues.
• Make T&A (Time & Action) plan & ensuring cross check with IE & planning department to maintain OTS.
• To coordinate with all related products on productivity and quality issues
• Should have vast experience and strong knowledge in the field of in garments Factory (Denim/ Woven Jackets).
• Good knowledge in woven fabrics and trim sourcing.
• Should capable to handle different buyer’s order independently.
• Correspond with buyers of both national & international.
• Prepare costing sheet and pricing of Denim garments.
• Sourcing of fabrics, trims and accessories from home and abroad.
• Supervise sample preparation as per buyers? requirement.
• Prepare all types of booking sheet.
• Communicate with buyers to negotiate, Convince parties to complete order.
• Planning & Programming, Follow ups; i.e. sending samples for approval, coordinate with production to make sure that all activities are carried out as per. planning and able to make alternative decision when deviation occurs.
• Having excellent product knowledge with capacity of handling very demanding and renowned based customers.
• Wash Knowledge will be considered as additional quality
• Report to the Merchandising Manager on the production status and resolve any problems to ensure the order is executed as per buyer specifications.
