Description

• Lead logistics associates of all factory & transport team. Monitoring their daily activities, prepare reports.
• Co-ordinate with transport agencies & factory management to ensure distribution of finished products to the customer as per delivery program.
• Monitor delivery program and analyze logistics problems, develop new solution for un-interrupted supply of customer’s order.
• Entry, update of vehicle’s program is SAP (LE module) & generate transport program as per delivery program.
• Make a liaison with production line for stock available and take initiative if crisis period of short stock occur.
• Provide a daily report on performance of transport provider for program-delivered-pending with root cause.
• Provide daily truck loading report (e-mail & SMS) of all factory loading point & monitor truck loading in time.
• Build and develop relationship with transport agencies, production associates/managers of loading point and customer.
• Monitors delivery, loading & provide undelivered reports with root cause.
• Monitoring of proper to distributor as their requirement & follow up all consignment to ensure unloading timely.
• Monitor delivery & undelivered status of products (Product Line A, B with regular liaison with production & other supply chain management.
• Ensure utilization of vehicles capacities & safe loading to reduce damage.
• Keep control on distribution cost & ensure delivery by standard cost.

Educational Qualification: Masters/ MBA in any discipline preferably from Commerce/ Business

Employment Status: Full-time

Experience:

• At least 10 year(s)
