Description
- Formulate sales and service strategy for Agency Distribution department to ensure business growth and smooth operation of the respective distribution channel.
- Prepare plans to ensure the source wise business targets are allocated properly
- Maintain liaison with different functions of business on regular basis and provide appropriate guidance to improve business performance.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the field force to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor the performance closely to ensure the execution of business dealings in an ethical manner.
- Drive and motivate sales force to proactively and continuously develop themselves to meet the changing need of the business and adoption of new technology.
- Apply the company standards and procedures, which facilitate the effective, disciplined and consistent function of the field force.
- Gain people commitment to achieve business objectives through clear communication of MetLife strategy and leadership styles.
- Promote customer centricity to ensure greater customer experiences and achieve competitive advantage.
- Lead and motivate the agency sales force in his/her assigned territory.
- Ensure field forces are adequately trained on different company products and services to ensure customer satisfaction and subsequent improvement in return.
Educational Requirements:
Master’s preferably in business from any reputed university
Job Requirements:
- 6 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution management
- 2+ years of experience in a mid-level position preferably in Sales/ Marketing functions.
- Adequate knowledge about financial market products and services
- Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
