Description
To acquire new and manage existing corporate client relationships, both Asset & Liability) in Chottogram and to achieve budgeted growth in portfolio while also maintaining & monitoring portfolio risk.
Responsibilities:
- Manage & monitor existing corporate portfolio (Both Asset & Liability) in terms of risk, return, potential deterioration & development.
- Target new clients, do due diligence on financial & other aspects, on board the targeted clients through due approval process, ensure documentation, drawdown & utilization; achieve assigned targets and secure profitable business transactions.
- Attend existing clients’ problems, troubleshoot transactions, offer solutions, enroll clients for online transaction platform and value added services to increase transaction volumes and grow the existing portfolio.
- Carry out visits to client at factory & office as well regularly; assess, analyze the risk profile and report approving authorities with any changes to enable necessary action to be taken.
- Ensure excellent client experience by coordinating with internal service provides of the bank e.g. Trade Services, Credit Administration as well as approval authorities & maximize yield from the client’s portfolio.
- Be informed & remain updated with the bank’s internal operating system, polices & procedures as well as guidelines, regulations etc. from the central bank & other regulatory authorities.
- Regularize and follow up on past dues, excesses over limits.
- Monitor Non-Performing Assets of the Bank and decide on appropriate strategies and plan for re-structuring/recovery.

- At least 10 years

Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 55 years
- Total banking experience of ten (10) years, with minimum five (05) years of work experience in permanent position at Corporate/Institutional Banking Division of reputed Banks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in financial analysis & written English.
- Understanding of / specialization in one or more significant sectors/ industries e.g. RMG, Textile, Commodities, Construction, power etc.
- Adequate computer literacy to work on online software modules & MS Office packages.
