Deputy Manager/ Manager – HR & Administration

Description

  • Develop and implement company policies and regulations.
  • Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.
  • Coordinate with different department heads to review all departmental compliance policies.
  • Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
  • Evaluate testing procedures to meet the specifications of environmental monitoring programs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors.
  • Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  • Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
  • To ensure continuous improvement in the performance & efficiency (Performance Management) of employees.
  • Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly.
  • You shall be held responsible for any loss, breakage and damage if any caused by your willful negligence and improper way of doing your duties.
  • Crisis management in Complex premises e.g. law & order situation, Accident & Fire Fighting, Generator, Electric Substation.
  • Carry out any special duty assigned as and when required by the management for the interest of the organization
  • Publish compensation structure that will improve employee’s morale and boosted performance and reduce unwanted absenteeism & leave.
  • Disciplinary action to be taken as per labor law.
  • Daily attendance registers to be checked.
  • Safety & Security to be ensured.
  • Job specifications or SOP to be created for all jobs.
  • Monthly salary attendance to be provided.
  • Update & Maintain employee’s master database.
  • Personal records maintenance with the filing system.
  • Industrial relations & conflict are to be maintained.
  • Official entertainment management.
  • To maintain cafeteria & Residence area.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • University of Dhaka students will get preference
  • Training/Trade Course: Compliance,ISO QMS 9001:2015
  • Skills Required: Fire and Safety, HR Operations, Organization Development Process Improvement

Experience Requirements

  • 8 to 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Accord, Administration, Compensation Benefits Attendance Leave Management, Compliance, Factory HR Administration, Fire safety Management, ISO (QMS EMS OHSAS), Work Experience in ERP
