Description
- The person must have practical work experience of 5-8 years in knit garments industry.
- (Not Buying Office or Any other industry experience)
- Check and verify all kinds of bill, voucher for ensuring the accuracy of accounting.
- Transaction, Monitoring, Controlling & auditing all kinds of bill and voucher etc.
- Check the books of Accounts under Commercial Section.
- Check the BTB L/C opening format as per Merchandisers requirement.
- Check the BTB L/C acceptance accordingly submitted by party.
- Posting of all expenditures order wise keeping record in L/C opening ledger.
- Order wise all expenditure posted insure into the L/C opening ledger.
- Order wise cost sheet checking.
- Check all accessories purchase requisition as per work order.
- Check cash payment expenses voucher of all buyers.
- Bank Reconciliation & Bank Voucher checks.
- Monthly Physical inventory work.
- Production Audit.
- Cash Audit.
- All kinds of wastage/ Leftover/ goods/Garments or Fabric Delivery Audit.
- Check the export documents under commercial section for cash incentive.
- Prepare the order wise closing statement for individual profit & loss A/C.
- All time monitor & modify the procurement system.
- Perform other task as assigned by authority.
- Salary / OT / Earn leave/Maternity befit check.
- All kinds of requisition checked & verify.
- Monthly Physical Inventory check.
- Any other work assign by Top Management.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Commerce (MCom)
- CACC is preferable.
- Skills Required: Accounts

Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 years

- At least 6-7 years relevant experience in Audit department of knit garments Industry.
- The applicant should have good exposure in MS Office software’s, Emailing.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Willing to work under pressure.
- Self-Motivated.
