Department: Customer Service
Reports to: Assistant General Manager- Customer Service
Educational Qualification: BBA or equivalent from any reputed university. MBA is preferred from any reputed university
Experience: 03 year (s) working experience.
Job Nature: Full Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Execution of sales including order entry & processing, payments receiving & ensuring satisfactory delivery of the ordered products to the customer end.
- Maintaining daily stock of warehouse & operation report preparation.
- Execute & maintain product transfer schedule of warehouse.
- Maintain monthly physical stock counting & reconciliation statement.
- Assist VAT department by providing relevant support.
- Keeping records of any customer‘s feedback and work for prompt & satisfactory response.
- Maintaining office Petty Cash, and prepare bills for reimbursement.
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good Knowledge on warehouse operations and after sales service.
- Negotiation ability should have to be above average.
- Sound knowledge on Microsoft Office Applications.
- Effective team player.
