Description
- Sound knowledge about National & International Trade Policies.
- Ensure sourcing, negotiating and purchasing materials from the right, reputed & reliable vendors.
- Ensure all goods and services purchased comply with company procurement policy & procedure.
- Searching potential suppliers and closely work with sales dept. and ensure good quality product supply with the market’s lowest price.
- Ensure Comparative Statement for all purchases, negotiating prices, Terms and conditions with the supplier and establishing PO.
- Coordinate with plant’s stores, users and follow up on material flow on time.
- Build and develop relationships with key suppliers.
- Follow up and maintain all the steps and documents from procurement to payment.
- Analysis of the data, and prepare CS (Comparative Statement) accordingly to ensure product availability on time.
- Proper documentation to be maintained always just in time.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Any other duties assigned by Management.
Educational Qualification:
- BBA/MBA in any disciplinary.
